These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you and gcs88 governing your access to and use of the gcs88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one gcs88 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated. Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses that have not met their wagering threshold cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Where identified, duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated balances forfeited.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify gcs88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. gcs88 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Before processing a withdrawal request, gcs88 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a copy of your Malaysian NRIC, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal holds and, in cases where fraudulent documentation is provided, permanent account termination.
3.5 Account Updates. You are obligated to keep your account information current. Outdated contact information that prevents gcs88 from communicating material account or regulatory notices is your liability.
4.1 gcs88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers.
4.2 All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied at the time of confirmation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are published on the gcs88 deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method and by the user's VIP tier.
4.4 gcs88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You may only deposit funds from financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account flagged for investigation.
4.5 gcs88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, transaction fees levied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility and are beyond gcs88's control.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Requests from accounts that have not completed KYC will be held pending documentation submission.
5.2 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. If that is not possible, gcs88 may request alternative banking details, which must be in the account holder's own name.
5.3 Standard withdrawal processing time is under fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch n Go, Boost) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer (FPX) withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. gcs88 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or AML review.
5.4 gcs88 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day. VIP members at higher tiers enjoy elevated withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Terms.
5.5 If gcs88 has reason to believe that a withdrawal request is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, it may suspend the withdrawal pending investigation. During such investigations, gcs88 may be required to report the matter to relevant international financial crime authorities.
5.6 Any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
6.1 gcs88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and other promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Completion of the wagering requirement converts bonus balance to real money balance subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. gcs88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value with minimal risk; coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; and systematic identification of low-risk wagering patterns that circumvent the intent of bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any derived winnings will be voided and the account may be terminated.
6.4 Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Free spins are valid only on designated games and expire as stated in the applicable promotion.
6.5 gcs88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All casino games, live dealer titles, and slot machines available on gcs88 are supplied by third-party licensed game providers. Each game operates under its own published rules accessible within the game interface.
7.2 gcs88 slot and table games utilise certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology subject to independent third-party testing. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent statistical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game round, gcs88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the player's balance. The decision of gcs88 in matters of game disputes is final.
7.4 Sports betting outcomes are final once the relevant sporting authority has confirmed the official result. gcs88 may suspend markets, void bets, or restrict maximum stake amounts at its discretion in response to irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gcs88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities:
9.1 An account is classified as dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months.
9.2 Prior to classifying an account as dormant, gcs88 will use reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address or phone number.
9.3 Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the current fee schedule published on the platform. This fee will be deducted from the account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the holder.
9.4 To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to gcs88 using your registered credentials. Identity re-verification may be required.
10.1 All content on the gcs88 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game software, interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of gcs88 or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.

11.4 Your use of gcs88 is entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. gcs88 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

13.2 Where amendments are material — for example, changes to fee structures, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — gcs88 will provide advance notice via your registered email address where reasonably practicable.
13.3 Your continued use of the gcs88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
14.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gcs88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to gcs88's internal disputes resolution process.
14.2 If the internal resolution process fails to produce a satisfactory outcome within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority dispute resolution body under gcs88's operating licence.
14.3 Nothing in this clause restricts either party's right to seek interim injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
